The 2019 Annual Council Dinner will be held on Sunday, December 8th, at the Kimpton George Hotel and catered by Bistro Bis. Cost including tax and gratuity is $75.
Choices for the main course are:
- Salmon – atlantic salmon with braised beluga lentils, vegetable mirepoix, celeri root purée & red wine bordelaise
- Chicken – organic chicken breast with roasted lemon, potato gratin, spinach & citrus herb
- Pasta – tagliatelle pasta with mushroom “bolognese”, smoked mozzarella, pecorino & fresh basil
The meal will begin with a salad panachee and follow with a crème brûlée for dessert.
